“Stories are light. Light is precious in a world so dark. Begin at the beginning…tell a story. Make some light.” (Tale of Despereaux).

More Than Money…

Having portraits professionally taken is a big monetary investment, and we understand this! I work to honor the money you worked so hard to earn! I am so thankful you want to invest in your family and your legacy with lifetime portraits! To be able to help you pass down memories for generations to come is one of my highest honors.

Bring us all the wild and tender moments! We’ll bring our running shoes to keep up with your littles and supply you with laughter and an unforgettable day! Bring us your senior who grew up when you blinked! And we’ll supply the kleenex while we help you freeze time with your “baby” for just a little while longer!

Becoming a mother has helped me realize how important and urgent it is to help families capture these moments and memories, because let’s be honest, mom brain is a real thing, and kids don’t stay little forever. Time doesn’t stop, no matter how much we wish it could; so my heart is for helping families create images that will outlive time. At the end of the day, I only want to love on your family and provide you with beautiful images you can treasure for all of time and proudly hang on the walls of your home!

I have one photo of myself as a baby. It is a piece of my past that I will always treasure. When you receive your photos and when you walk by them in your home, I want you to feel those special moments we share together as if it was yesterday. I want you to have images you will forever treasure. And mamas, I want you to exist in photos so your babies will one day have images of you to keep close to their hearts!

My promise to you: I got you! I will walk with you every single step of the way! Stress-free, worry-free, super fun, and unforgettable is the sort of experience I promise to give you! I work hard for my clients so that they can show up and focus on existing in the moment. With Light Held Love, each moment that becomes a portrait is carefully edited and poured over with attention and love, because that’s exactly what every one of my clients deserves!
